Salty Parma ham, creamy burrata and fresh pesto never fail. Here it works perfectly with the base of tomato sauce and mozzarella, which is typical of a classic pizza. Ingredients

1 portion
pizza dough ready for filling
200 g
pizza sauce
200 g
mozzarella
150 g
Parma ham
1
small jar pesto
2
burrata
Fresh basil
Avoid screen shutting off

Instructions

Step 1/6
Spread the pizza sauce on the pizza base, and distribute the mozzarella on top.
Step 2/6
Bake the pizza on a baking steel until the base is crispy and has brown spots on the edge.
Step 3/6
Distribute the Parma ham on the warm pizza, but leave the center free.
Step 4/6
Halve your burrata, and place one half on the empty space in the center.
Step 5/6
Distribute pesto around the pizza and garnish with basil.
Step 6/6
Serve immediately.
