Thanks to its square shape, you get 21% more cooking surface compared to a round pan of the same width. And unlike other types of griddles, the carbon steel retains heat effectively, so you get the perfect sear instead of cooking your food in its own juices. Instead of a ridged grill pan, you get the maximum flat cooking surface – and with the smasher, you increase the contact between your ingredients and the griddle for even better results.

Our griddle, campfire stand, and smasher are all made in Sweden, backed by more than 100 years of craftsmanship. The griddle is forged from the finest Swedish carbon steel, seasoned with a special blend of vegetable oils. This gives you a natural non-stick effect that only gets better over time – completely free from PFAS or other coatings that wear off and risk ending up in your food.

The griddle is perfect for the grill and the campfire: you can cook anything on it, and nothing slips through the grates or sparks a grease fire.
